If you are not satisfied with your order, you must contact us within 15 days of your purchase to get instructions on how to return it.  Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on any item that includes the following: panties, thongs, men's boxers & thongs (NO EXCEPTIONS).  Swimwear may be returned FOR EXCHANGE ONLY as long as the tags are still attached and the hygienic liner is still intact.

All other items may be returned FOR EXCHANGE ONLY within 15 days of purchase, as long as you contact us first. Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
