Return Policy on Lingerie:
Any discrepancy in the order received must be reported within 5 days upon receipt of the goods. Any returns must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods. We only accept returns if there is a defect due to the manufacturing process. Please call (208) 757-7723 for return instructions.
By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been tried on or worn.
Return Policy on Bras:
Please call (208) 757-7723 for any returns based on manufacturer defects. They must be submitted within 10 days, unused with all tags attached for a refund.
SIZE EXCHANGES:
Size Exchanges have a $3.00 restocking fee.

Items that have been worn, washed, dried, spoiled, or altered are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any and all circumstances.
Shipping charges will only be refunded if incorrect items were received or item is defective. Incorrectly shipped or defective items must be returned within 14 days.
Exchanges:
Items will only be exchanged for smaller or larger sizes.
Items submitted for exchanges must be received within 14 days of receiving
your order.
Shipping charges will be applied for all exchanges.
Returns:
Items will only be accepted for return if received within 14 days of receiving
your order.
Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
